ICHRALY is an ICHRA administration platform. We provide software and licensed support that help employers design and administer Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements, help employees compare and enroll in individual coverage, and help agents manage their groups. We also provide quote and referral services that may connect you with licensed agents and insurance carriers. CareTeam is a licensed insurance agency. We do not issue policies, and all coverage, pricing, and eligibility are determined by the carriers.
Employers, agents, and employees may be given accounts to access the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Multi-factor authentication may be required. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party. Prohibited behavior includes transmitting unlawful or offensive content and interfering with the operation of the Site.
When you request a quote or enroll, you authorize us to share your information with insurance carriers, licensed agents, and payment or service vendors so they can provide the services you have requested. These providers may contact you directly. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, privacy policies, or content of any third-party websites or providers.
Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will receive a quote or that coverage will be available at any particular rate. Availability and pricing are subject to carrier underwriting, insurance laws, and other factors beyond our control.
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, the ICHRALY name and logo, and software, is the property of CareTeam Insurance & Financial Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any portion without our written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or service provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services or your dealings with providers, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if you violate these terms or use the Services inappropriately.
